John Lauer is the Director of Marketing of Alpha Card Services since June 2011. Lauer, 39, oversees the Marketing, Communications and Social Media efforts of the Huntingdon Valley based business solutions provider that processes over 2 billion dollars in payment transactions annually. With recognition in the last five consecutive years in Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 500 I 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies” and the Annual Philadelphia 100, Alpha Card is fast becoming one of the largest Independent Sales Organizations in the Credit Card Processing Industry. Prior to joining Alpha Card Services, Mr. Lauer served as the Marketing Manager for TelVue Corporation, a public corporation that provides hardware and software solutions to the broadcasting industry. At TelVue, John was responsible for rebranding efforts, lead generation and online marketing initiatives. Mr. Lauer also orchestrated the establishment of a reseller sales channel, as well as new vertical markets to expand the company reach. Prior to TelVue, Mr. Lauer served as the Marketing head for Blanco America, the U.S. subsidiary of a German based sink and faucet manufacturer. At Blanco, John led the U.S. based Marketing, Product Development, Sales Support and Customer Service teams. A native of Northern New Jersey, Mr. Lauer graduated with an M.B.A in Marketing from Bloomsburg University in 1995. Mr. Lauer resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and young daughter. |
